Repair Process

You were just involved in an accident, what should you do first? We understand that being involved in an accident can be an irritating and confusing situation. The best thing you should do after an accident is to take a second & catch your breath. Next step is to analyze the situation, call 911 if needed, and exchange information with the other driver. Be sure to take photos of Your Vehicle, Their Vehicle, Their Driver’s License, and Their Insurance Card.

After you collect all their information, the next step is to call YOUR insurance company and file a claim. Too many times have we seen a person not get the help they deserved by filing through the other parties insurance company. While you are filing your claim, tell your insurance company that you want your vehicle to be repaired at Sidles Automotive and let our Expert and Professional Estimators help you get your vehicle back to it’s Pre-Loss Condition.

Frame Repair

The Frame is the most important structural safety part of your vehicle. If repairs to the frame are completed incorrectly, it could cause further damage to your vehicle and bodily harm if you were hit in that area again. This is the reason we take any repairs to the frame very seriously. We have an obligation to you to return your vehicle just as it came out of the factory.

We invest in the most up to date technologies such as Cellette’s Naja Electronic Measuring system, Cellete’s Sevenne Frame Bench, Celletes Dedicated Jigs system. While these names might not mean much to you, their processes will mean the world:

  • Cellete’s Naja Electronic Measuring System - Uses electronic blueprints (provided by the Manufacturer) and allows us to measure structural points of the vehicle in 3 dimensions (X,Y,Z) and provides us a variance up to 0.2 MM. This is the most advanced measuring system in the industry today.

  • Cellete’s Sevenne Frame Bench – The most important tool needed for any frame repair is a sturdy bench. The Sevenne is engineered to provide  a base that does not bend even if the bench is on uneven ground.

  • Celette’s Dedicated Jigs System- Today many manufactures like Audi, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan GTR, Porsche, and VW prefer and in some case require the use of Celette Dedicated Jigs Fixtures to repair their vehicles. This is the most reliable frame repair method in the industy.
